This center is not a solo venture. It’s a combined effort between Family & Friends and the Saharo Foundation. What’s special about this project? It’s large-scale and aims to provide crucial health services to the local people. According to the International Diabetes Federation’s report from 2022, there’s a pressing health issue in Pakistan. The report reveals that 26.7% of adults in Pakistan are living with diabetes. That’s about 33 million people! The number of people affected by this health condition is growing every year. This alarming rise in diabetes cases underscores the pressing need for specialized health centers like the Hope & Faith Diabetes & Endocrinology Centre. This center is a beacon of hope for many, offering specialized care for those battling diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
Our center offers comprehensive healthcare facilities, including specialized clinics in various disciplines and telemedicine services with Western physicians. We’ve adopted digital medical records and provide on-site radiology and pathology labs. Our patient-focused approach includes three tiers: Fully Sponsored Services for economically disadvantaged patients, offering free consultation, basic lab tests, and a month’s diabetes medication; Partially Sponsored Services with free consultations and other services at cost; Standard Services allowing patients to contribute as they see fit, sustaining our operations.
